If you are not happy with you purchase, we have a 14 day returns policy. We are happy to refund on the condition the item returned is unused and in its original packaging. Order delivery charges are only refundable if the item is faulty or the order was dispatched incorrectly.

Returning the items and the cost of returning is the responsibility of the customer.

Due to EU hygeine regulations we cannot refund, replace or exchange products in non-sealable condition.

Please allow 7 days for your retune to be processed. Once we have processed the return we will inform you via email. This can take 3-5 days to appear in your bank.
